Price Sources & Pricing Methodology
AirFreightPrice.com shows indicative air freight rate ranges to help plan a shipment. A displayed estimate is not a binding transport offer.
How we source rate information
We prioritise current written carrier, freight-forwarder or partner rates. Where available, we may also use verified rate APIs. A manually checked market source can support an indicative estimate only when it has been reviewed for the relevant route and service.
What a verified rate must include
- the origin, destination and service level;
- the relevant chargeable-weight range and currency;
- applicable surcharges or clear exclusions;
- a verification date, validity period and responsible reviewer.
When an estimate becomes a quote
Rates may change because of capacity, fuel, security, handling, customs, cargo characteristics and collection or delivery requirements. We issue a precise quote only after checking the shipment details and current availability. If a current verified rate is not available, we guide you to request a quote rather than present an automatic public price as final.
Who is responsible
AirFreightPrice.com is operated by Coservices OÜ, Estonia. Public pricing rules and material rate changes are reviewed by the product owner before publication.
